C A R A U D I O
The alloy wheels on the car where on there when I bought it. These are reasonably modern soft-line five spoke alloy wheels, 15 by 7 inches running on 195/50 HR 15 tyres. I would like to upgrade to a larger size, possibly up to 17 or 18 inch rim diameter. This may require wheel arch modifications on the rear as the tyres would rub on the metal. Hopefully this will happen, but the cost of wheels and the tyres may make this a "saving for" modification.
In order to test what the car looks like with larger wheels on it, I used Adobe Photoshop to enlarge the wheels on some of the photos I took. For an example of this digital modification click here. I like the look of the larger wheels, but using Photoshop and some scans of other wheels types, I'll try out a few different styles of wheels before I decide to invest in any new alloys.
